Our Process

Dealing with issues affecting you or an elderly loved one can be stressful and overwhelming.  We understand the gravity of these often complex situations and how they can weigh so heavily on families shoulders.

Felinton Elder Law can help you. We offer a straightforward, concise process to help families navigate through the complex arena of long term care and estate planning.  Our priority is to provide you with an individual plan to maximize results while minimizing stress and confusion.

1. Contact Felinton Elder Law

When you first call our office, you will speak with our Client Concierge who will help assess your planning needs.  An initial consultation will then be scheduled.

2. Welcome Letter and Personal Information Form

Once your consultation is scheduled, we will send you a Welcome Letter with information about your consultation.  You will be asked to complete a brief Personal Information Form which includes family information, basic financial information and your planning goals.  This form allows us to gain a broad knowledge of your circumstances and have time to thoroughly prepare for your consultation.  We ask that you return the completed form to us at least three (3) days prior to your appointment.

3. Initial Consultation

This one hour meeting is with our Client Services Director and is designed as an opportunity for you to further explain your circumstances and discuss your planning goals.  We will provide an overview of planning options that address your situation.  Based on information discussed during the meeting, we will provide pricing for the planning options available to you.  Our services are offered on a set price basis.

4. Engage our Services

At the conclusion of the consultation we will discuss further steps and schedule your next meeting with the attorney.

5. Reaching Your Goal

Our priority is to work together to help you reach your planning goals in a timely manner.  We will help and guide you every step of the way, from start to finish.
