LOCAL ELDER LAW ATTORNEY DEBUTS CO-AUTHORED BOOK ON PLANNING FINANCIALLY FOR LONG TERM ELDER CARE  Rockville, Maryland, Feb. 25— Local elder law and estate planning attorney, Mindy Felinton, recently debuted her co-authored book with Don Quante entitled “Don’t Go Broke in a Nursing Home”. The book provides pertinent and clear guidance concerning elder care issues and long term nursing home care and offers many creative financial strategies that readers can utilize to take control of their lives and provide long-term care for their loved ones.

Felinton has over 32 years of experience and is the founder and principal attorney of  Felinton Elder Law & Estate Planning Centers (https://www.felintonlaw.com/).  Passionate about educating both the public and other professionals about asset protection, Medicaid and VA benefits, she has been working toward publication while hosting ongoing free seminars and her own weekly TV program concerning elder care topics.  Felinton was given “Client’s Choice” award on Avvo.com and continues to contribute to the local community.

Mindy Felinton said, “As our population ages, elder care issues continue to replace child care as the primary issue facing baby boomers.  This book offers insight on many elder care issues and tax incentives you may be missing. If you have an aging loved one, you need to get this book!

Mindy Felinton is available for interviews and appearances. For booking presentations, media appearances, and/or interviews contact Joanne Causey at 301-610-0055 or [email protected] .
